Socks and Heels

When I think of wearing socks with heels, it reminds me of my childhood days. My mom used to force me to wear ankle socks with my Mary Janes. Over the years, it has become a fashion faux pas but somehow it's been alive and in the blogosphere and also seen in the runways. It is certainly not for the faint hearted. I love it. I think it's cute. It definitely spices up a vintage outfit. This style trend is a practical way to wear open-toed shoes all year long, and fun way to add a layer of color to your footwear. A girl can never have too many shoes. Should I win the lotto, I would purchase all of the Jeffrey Campbell shoe collection. I love the ultra hip designs and it goes very well with vintage clothing. I wish they have shoes like these in SA. Nothing comes close to these creations. Here are some of the shoes that I have been lusting at from JC.

Vintage style, clothing that imitates the style of a previous era, is back in town. I have been so in love with everything vintage that it made me want to share the treasures that I have found. This shoot that we made showcases some of the vintage collections that I got from my favourite “dealers”.
